Why did you choose to attend MDCC?

I grew up attending church at Moorhead Church of God and we ate Sunday lunch every week in the MDCC cafeteria. It felt like home and it wasn’t even a choice where I would attend college. I always knew - it was home.

Who was your favorite teacher during your time at MDCC and why?

Lily Land taught me speech. She was an inspiration and pushed us to think critically and defend our speech topics.

What is your best memory from your time at MDCC?

Eating in the cafeteria and the all of the people I met who are still friends.

For you personally, what encapsulates the term "Trojan Spirit"?

The love of the MS Delta and the common thread we have as Delta folks.
